Terms of use

The service

robomap (robomap.co) is a free, public directory of physical AI companies and machines. It is run by the person named in the Impressum (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. There are no accounts and nothing to pay.

Information only

The entries are written from public sources, and each claim links to its source and date. We work with care, but companies change fast and sources can be wrong or out of date. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or current.

Nothing on robomap is investment, legal, purchasing or safety advice. Check the original sources before you rely on an entry for a decision. Evidence levels and status labels are our own reading of the sources, not a certification of any company or machine.

Corrections and removal

If an entry about your company is wrong, or you believe content infringes your rights, write to hello [at] robomap.co with the page address and what should change. We review every request and correct or remove content where it is justified.

Using the content

• You may read, link to and quote robomap, including in AI assistants and search engines. Please name robomap.co as the source.
• You may not present robomap's texts or its design as your own, or copy the directory as a whole to publish a competing copy, without our written permission.
• You may not disturb the site, for example by overloading it with automated requests or by trying to get around security measures.

Some data comes from others and keeps its own licence: Wikidata (CC0), Humanoid Record (CC BY 4.0), and map data from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Company names, product names and logos belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

robomap links to websites we do not control. Their operators alone are responsible for their content. We checked the links when we added them and will remove a link if we learn that its target breaks the law.

Availability

The site is free and offered as it is. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time, and we do not promise that it is always available.

Liability

We bear unlimited liability for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it, such as under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

For simple negligence (einfache Fahrlässigkeit) we are liable only for a breach of a material obligation (Kardinalpflicht), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. As the service is free of charge, the statutory privileges for gratuitous services also apply. In all other cases of simple negligence our liability is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected, and the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If one provision is invalid, the others stay in force.
